Hello,
I'm the designer for Cobweb Games, an independent roleplaying design studio in Dublin. I've hit a massive hurdle in one of my projects and I need your help.
I recently wrote Hell for Leather, "the game where murder = extra dice," a shallow, team versus team game of hyperviolence, based on R. Bachman's The Running Man. Here's a blurb from RPG Net…
- ADULTS ONLY
Hell for Leather, the GM-less, team vs. team roleplaying game of pay-per-view bloodshed, is a fast flowing action game of explosive death and murder. Using a tower of dice to resolve conflicts, it's novel, tense and shallow. Perfect for a night of cursing and rivalry.
Guts, knives and blood. Hell for Leather, where murder gives you extra dice.
"I stamp the guy’s knee so hard it snaps like wood, and dart out the back as he sobs and vomits in agony."
Basically, the game is at Beta. I need to try it out on a blind audience, that is, someone who hasn't played it with me before and hasn't read the beta draft.
Do you think there is anyone in you know who would be into trying out a new game? I could come by and facilitate a 3 hour session, to see how the rules are interpreted, modify things if they aren't working for you, and so on.
I'll be crediting anyone who helps, and distributing some free copies after print. This would be a great help to me, and the indie roleplaying scene.
If you know anyone who would be interested, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Sebastian Hickey
