I have just set up a mailing list for people that need to do cons on a budget and/or people that can offer crash space and/or lifts for cons. I have added some of you to the mailing list, and if others want to be added or know those that want to be added let me know.
The only way this is going to work is by having a lot of people on it so the more the merrier.
